I think the monochromatic treatment works well here and it's nice that you didn't go for the regular black & white look.

The lone character on the narrow street walking towards (what seems like a dead end?) makes for a haunting atmosphere. Also the slightly twisted building walls & bridge enhances the feeling that something is not right.

My only nitpick is that there could be more darker areas on the ground to make the picture even more grim and menacing. And maybe the guy could have an axe in his hand

Overall I think it's a great picture which captures the feeling of being in a dark alley!
